16.3 miles today of tons of PUDS, pointless ups and downs. It wore us out even though we had a 5 mile flat stretch. 

We decided East Mountain Retreat Center sounded like a great place to wash off two days of blood, sweat and bug spray. Oh how we we were wrong. She is a phsyco tight wade. We had to wash our clothes in the shower then put them in the dryer. No problem but had to wait for the other hikers to do the same so the dryer ran only once. Oh how gross is that! I never would have washed my clothes. 

Well, we will be out of there bright and early.
